Para obtener ayuda en este GDS (cuando nos atascamos con alguna transacción) tenemos la opcion de contactar con un agente vía CHAT. Aquí tenéis los pasos para acceder al chat:
Desde donde accederemos a la pagina de My Travelport, introduciendo nuestro usuario y contraseña.
Una vez ahí, llegamos podremos acceder al sistema de ayuda CHAT, siguiendo estos pasos
* AYUDA Y RECURSOS
* SOPORTE DE TRAVELPORT
llegaremos entonces al portal de servicio al cliente desde donde accedermos directamente al CHAT
Pinchando en este icono se nos abre el chat que , al principio se trata de respuesta desde la inteligencia artificial, pero insistiendo, conseguiremos contactar con un agente
